Gluten-Free Restaurant Consultations
North Bay Celiacs offers a limited number of FREE business consultations to restaurants, bed & breakfasts, wineries and other food purveyors who wish to serve the gluten-free community.
There are no hidden costs to this program; we are an all-volunteer nonprofit that wishes to expand the culinary world of the gluten-free community by encouraging businesses to offer gluten-free options. Businesses that serve gluten-free diners enjoy an expanded base of loyal local customers and appreciative visitors.
We offer:
- a presentation about the needs of different gluten-free consumers
- a copy of our "Restaurant Guide to Serving Gluten-Free Meals"
- information and resources tailored to your menu, ingredients, kitchen procedures and preferences
- a free listing and link to your website on our extremely popular Dining page once your gluten-free options are available, including a designation that you've had a North Bay Celiacs consultation.
