Gluten-Free Consultations
North Bay Celiacs currently offers a limited number of free business consultations to restaurants, bed & breakfasts, wineries and other food purveyors who wish to serve the gluten-free community.
There are no hidden costs to this program; we are an all-volunteer nonprofit that wishes to expand the culinary world of the gluten-free community by encouraging businesses to offer gluten-free options. Businesses that serve gluten-free diners enjoy an expanded base of loyal local customers and appreciative visitors.
We offer:
- a brief presentation about the needs of gluten-free consumers;
- a copy of our "Restaurant Guide to Serving Gluten-Free Meals;"
- information and resources tailored to your menu, ingredients, kitchen procedures and preferences.
- a free link on our web site once you are up and running.
