NEW Celiac Camp update for Summer 2010 Celiac Camp for summer 2010 is already full with a long wait list. Demand for Camp has exploded and therefore next year, in order to ensure that as many kids as possible have the opportunity to experience Camp, we will give priority to campers who have not before attended. The Taylor Family Foundation has offered to sponsor a second week of Camp for summer 2011, which will hopefully allow us to accomodate almost all campers who would like to attend. Before we can take advantage of this offer, however, we need someone to step forward to serve as the Camp Coordinator for the second week of Camp. We also need to raise twice as much money to cover two weeks of Camp. If you are interested in volunteering as the Camp Coordinator for next year's potential second week and/or helping to direct our fundraising efforts, please let us know. Email: campceliac@gmail.com

NEW Facebook group: San Francisco Celiac Kids. It was started in the immediate week after learning of our 2 1/2 year-old daughter's diagnosis. My wife and I wanted to create a group that was more active in the "real world" than purely virtual; ideally it becomes a place to not only share ideas and stories, but also to plan fun events for our gluten-free kids. - David and Kim.
